Joyful Worship: 10:30am, Sundays

 

We believe you'll enjoy the casual, relaxed atmosphere that is the heart of New Joy Community Church.  Joyful Worship is no exception.  Bring your refreshments and drinks with you.  It's expected!  Cup empty during worship?  No problem!  Go ahead, get a refill.

 

All information, words to music, etc, is on the large screen.  Joyful Worship generally follows a pattern something like this:  Opening music/singing time is followed by updates and prayer.  A little more music and then the message is given by Pastor Walt.  A closing prayer and music brings Joyful Worship to a close.

 

The music on Sunday morning is contemporary praise music.  It's generally very upbeat and energetic, but now and then, something a little quieter, more reflective is also included.  Currently the music is a mixture of live musicians/vocalists, mpeg files and digital music files.
